- Lamb shanks confit for 72 hours & side dish (purée) - 38 € or truffle purée (42 €)

- Beef cheek confit Burgundy style & side dish (purée) - 36 € or truffle purée (40 €)

The venue is finalizing some lobsters / fish proposal

NOTE FROM THE VENUE OWNER:

I highly recommend lamb shanks or beef cheek for the meat lovers.

For vegetarian or vegan we can for sure propose some specific menu.
